Now that we've officially ended the training year, the summer course season begins. Below is information for 180 Sqn cadets who are registered for courses or on the waiting list. Note that this will be updated frequently throughout the summer:

Now that the final intakes have begun, there are no more spots available. Those of you who did not get course spots this summer will have first priority for spots next year.

The meeting spot for the above departure dates is the parking lot at Denison Armoury. You must be there in summer dress (uniform without tunic or tie), and have your health card and completed transportation form with you.

Unfortunately, due to thunderstorms forecast all weekend, Canoe Weekend has been cancelled. Wide-open lakes, metal canoes and lightning are not a great mix...

All cadets who were supposed to go should be called tonight (Thursday).

Everyone have a fun thunderstormy stay-at-home weekend!

This Monday (June 7th) is an information session for summer courses. All cadets and parents who are on the summer course list (whether selected or on the waiting list) should come down. We'll go over departure dates and times, what to bring, forms, rules on course and lots more, as well as answering questions. Come to Glenview this Monday at 6:30 pm. We will finish around 8:30 pm.

All cadets going to a summer course must have the Summer Course Package. If they didn't get it with their PT Gear, they can download it here: Summer Course Package

Physical Training Clothing
All cadets going on a summer course must have the issued cadet PT gear. The Information Night is the last chance to get it. Cadets who need PT Gear should come early to Glenview, at 5:30 pm to the supply room.

* Cadets who do not have PT gear after the Summer Course Information Night will not be able to go to a summer course.

Cadets must be there at 9 am in civilian attire with their uniforms in a uniform bag and will be given lunch before the parade.
