Departure: 1 pm on Saturday 13 March from Denison Armoury
Return: Around 12 noon on Saturday 20 March to Denison Armoury

Required ID (originals, no photocopies)
- Canadian passport OR foreign passport with US visa and Canadian Permanent Resident card
- Health Card

Bring
- Personal medication - Cadets MUST inform the officers if bringing any medication
- Complete cadet uniform with Parka (fleece and outer)
- Toiletries - Towel, toothbrush, shampoo, etc
- Clean underwear and socks - Enough for 7 days
- Smart civilian clothing - For eating at the mess and going on certain tours, so decent pants and a nice shirt
- Appropriate pants, shorts, shirts, etc - Mean temperature in Florida is 15-20 degrees
- Sweater or jacket - It could be chilly at night or rainy
- Running shoes
- Slippers or sandals
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- Water bottle
- A small back-pack - To carry a change of clothes in
- Spending money - Suggested $50 USD. Cadets do NOT have to pay for any meals or tours, only snacks and souvenirs. Money must be exchanged before the trip, cadets will not be able to exchange money in the US or use Canadian money.

Optional
- Camera
- DVD movies - For the bus ride
- Books, cards, games, iPod etc
- Pillow and small blanket - For the bus ride, which is overnight both ways
- Swimsuit - There will be a beach and swimming pool available

Do NOT Bring
- Knives, lighters, or anything illegal - They will be confiscated and disciplinary action taken
- Food, plants, or anything that is illegal to be brought across the border - The Sqn is not responsible for confiscated items

Notes
- All items brought by the cadet are their responsibility. The Sqn is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- Uniforms must be clean and ironed before the trip, and brought (not worn) in uniform/suit bags.
- All uniform parts must be marked on the tags with the cadet's name.
- Cadets must have proper haircuts for the trip.
- Cadets should wear comfortable clothing for the long, overnight bus ride.
